Cancellation And Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Affinitas DMCC for your tax advisory, bookkeeping and/or accounting needs. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel their subscriptions and apply for refunds in connection with the purchase of our bookkeeping service packages through our website at www.affinitasdmcc.com (the “Website”).
1. Payment Terms
- All subscriptions (monthly or yearly) must be paid in advance prior to the commencement of services.
- The subscription period begins on the date payment is received and confirmed by Affinitas DMCC.
- Clients who choose a yearly plan receive a 15% discount on the total value of the package compared to monthly payments.
2. Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance
- As part of our onboarding process, all clients must complete a mandatory KYC verification.
- If a client does not pass the KYC process, and their application is therefore declined, they may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the sole discretion of Affinitas.
- KYC-related refund decisions are final and are based on internal risk and compliance assessments.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to su*****@af***********.com .
- Cancellations will take effect from the date the written notice is received.
- Upon cancellation:
- For monthly subscriptions, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused days of the current billing cycle.
- For yearly subscriptions, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the remaining full months in the subscription period.
- Any discount applied to the yearly plan will be recalculated if the early cancellation results in the client receiving less than 12 months of service.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
- Refunds are made in AED only.
- Affinitas DMCC is not responsible for any bank or payment gateway charges incurred during refund transactions.
5. Modifications to This Policy
We may update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
